Wait List Open For Artistry

There is a lot of interest in living at some of downtown Indianapolis’ hottest addresses - so now reservations are being accepted for apartments at Artistry. The first residents will be able to move in this fall.

A $100 deposit (by credit card only) is all that is needed to hold an apartment. A reservation on the list also guarantees future residents, in the order they signed up, their choice of apartment and its location once pre-leasing begins this summer. Those who join the wait list will also be enrolled in a Preferred Resident program which will include Indiana artist studio tours, referral bonuses, walking tours and special events at Artistry.

Located at 451 East Market, Artistry is being transformed into a five-story mixed use space with apartments as well as retail and office space. Prospective residents can choose from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with high-end finishes such as stainless steel and granite kitchen countertops, 42” cabinets, designer hardware and lighting fixtures as well as concrete flooring. Industrial loft units on the second floor will also be available with 14’ foot ceilings and direct courtyard access.

Artistry is pet friendly and includes unique amenities such as a rooftop recreation deck and an infinity pool with dramatic views of downtown. There will also be an art gallery, movie theatre, café, wellness studio and aqua lounge. The two courtyards feature an outdoor kitchen, vegetable garden, bocce ball court, putting green and sitting areas. Valet trash, recycling and laundry will be part of the concierge services.
