Tim Johnson Joins Milhaus as VP of Development, Southeast

Johnson’s 20+ years of experience will strengthen and grow Milhaus’ portfolio in the Southeast region.

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 1, 2020) – Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner and operator of class A, in-fill multi-family properties, announces today that Tim Johnson has been hired as Vice President of Development, Southeast. With 20 years of industry expertise in real estate, leading dynamic teams, and delivering results across market cycles, Johnson will use this experience to grow the Milhaus portfolio.

Johnson recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Strategic Property Partners in Tampa, Florida, where he provided strategic leadership and day-to-day management of a $3 billion+ mixed-use development company.

He has a strong background in finance, investment, development and operations combined with an extraordinary work ethic. With Johnson’s proven track record and extensive multi-market experience across most asset classes including mixed-use, residential, retail, office and hospitality, he will play a pivotal role in the creation, pipeline and execution of Milhaus development projects.

In his role of VP of Development, Southeast, Johnson will be responsible for pipeline creation and the execution of Milhaus development projects in the Florida and other southeast markets. Johnson will use his keen knowledge of the market, management, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills in order to manage a team and a range of specific projects to grow Milhaus.

Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business, in finance where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
