A new leasing office is now open and ready to welcome residents to Solana Apartments at the Crossing. Located just a half a mile from Keystone at the Crossing shopping and entertainment destinations, Solana provides new residents with a serene environment surrounded by woodlands, a walking trail, a 30-acre lake and access to the White River. The new development by Milhaus Development, LLC includes 336 apartments and townhomes with a variety of floor plans.

Leases are now available for studio, one, two and three bedroom units; with most priced between $799 to $1,629 per month. Some townhomes with two-car garages also remain for $2,300 - $2,499 per month. Apartment features include granite countertops, upgraded appliances, designer lighting, hard-surface flooring with a variety of terraces and balconies. Half of the units have stunning lake or woodland views. All include 24-hour maintenance, concierge services and valet trash. Floor plans range from 546 to 3,058 square feet. A new pool, aqua lounge, wellness studio, fitness trail as well as outdoor kitchen and living rooms will open this spring.

“Location is a tremendous asset for those considering living at Solana. There are shopping, dining and entertainment options nearby in addition to easy access to many employers in Carmel as well as downtown Indianapolis,” said David Leazenby, Principal, Milhaus Development. “Solana also has an idyllic environment among established trees and waterways, making it a very special place to live.”

Milhaus Development contracted with the Gene B. Glick Company to build the project and to manage the apartments. Milhaus also has three other apartment projects under construction in addition to the $38 million Solana - the former Bank One Operations Center site in downtown Indianapolis, the Mozzo Apartments in the Holy Rosary neighborhood and Penn Circle Apartments in Carmel.
