Milhaus relocates to the Maxwell

Undeterred by a server failure last week (apologies to those that received returned emails), we have made the move down Ohio Street to our new home in the Maxwell. Luckily our website and blog is stored offsite (thank you 21Fingers for that advice). Anyway, we are still working tenant configurations on the first floor, so for the time being you may find us in Unit #419. Signs on the building will direct you to find us.

Our new location positions us in the midst of the revitalized Cole Noble District on the east edge of downtown. This neighborhood is undergoing a dramatic change and its exciting to be a part of it. The residential portion of our building is nearly 100% leased and receives praise from its residents for its high-end finishes, easy parking within the building and proximity to everything downtown. We hope to have announcements in the next few months on commercial tenants for the the first floor. Stay tuned.
