Milhaus Ranks 32 on 2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (May 16, 2022) – Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner and operator of Class-A multifamily properties, was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. On this year’s list, Milhaus ranked 32 out of 38 Indiana-based companies in the medium company category.

 The statewide survey and awards program, now in its 17th year, is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. This year’s list is made up of 125 companies across Indiana. Each company undergoes a two-part survey that evaluates workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and overall employee experience. Workforce Research Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Indiana, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
