Milhaus Purchases University Square Near Ball State Campus

Milhaus Development now owns University Square in Muncie, Indiana and is planning to breathe new life into this important block in the middle of “The Village” adjacent to Ball State University. The property includes 29,000sf of commercial space sitting on about 1.8 acres. The acquisition includes the popular Dill Street Bar and Grill as well as the Oh Fusion Japanese restaurant. “Three of the four Milhaus partners are Ball State graduates; we not only have good memories at some of the businesses, but we also know the mixed-use development potential of this site,” said Tadd Miller. Milhaus is now taking steps to renovate the building while working with current and potential tenants on leasing arrangements.
