Milhaus Promotes Greg Martin to Chief Operating Officer

Martin’s 30+ years of extensive experience in development and construction management will further guide Milhaus’ asset and property management.

INDIANAPOLIS (November 18, 2020) – Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner and operator of class A, in-fill multi-family properties, announces today that Greg Martin has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Milhaus. Martin was co-founder of Milhaus, and for the past 10 years has served a variety of roles throughout the organization. As COO, he will lead the Development, Construction, Asset Management, IT and Property Management teams.

Martin is a co-founding partner of Milhaus and has led the development and construction of large mixed-use projects totaling over $900 million throughout the United States. His more than 30 years of experience underwriting complex real estate transactions and construction management has allowed Milhaus to consistently deliver on project expectations. His experiences in multi-family development combined with his commitment to the Milhaus team will allow him to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s culture, values and vision throughout the organization.

In his new role, Martin will play a critical role in ensuring best-of-class execution across all departments as Milhaus expands its geographic footprint, business lines and portfolio scale. He will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the company alongside co-founder and CEO Tadd Miller and will also be responsible for the daily operations of Milhaus projects from inception through recapitalization/sale. Martin will ensure that Milhaus delivers outstanding employee experiences and customer service that is employee and customer-focused.

Martin earned bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University in finance and real estate. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), the Indiana Apartment Association Board of Directors, the Indiana Leadership Forum Board of Directors (former), a member of the Design and Construction Leadership Committee of the NMHC, Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana.
