Milhaus is expanding the company with a new division, focused on managing the properties it develops. The first development to fall under the new division will be Artistry.

“As Milhaus continues to rapidly grow, it is a natural progression to manage our developments from construction through property management,” said Tadd Miller, CEO, Milhaus. “Our company was already focused on creating places where people can live consciously; this allows us to seamlessly focus on quality designs and services residents want from start to finish, beginning with Artistry and soon with Circa.”

Kim Hurd will be the Director of Residential Services for Artistry while Danielle Littlejohn will serve as the Residential Services Manager. Both join Milhaus with extensive property management experience in the Indianapolis area.

Artistry, a $26 million mixed-use project in downtown Indianapolis, is on track for the first apartment homes to be available this fall. Leasing will begin in September. Located at 451 East Market, Artistry is being revitalized into a five-story mixed use space with apartments as well as retail and office space. Fifty-eight unique floor plans are available for studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
