Milhaus Continues to Invest in Fountain Square

Indianapolis, Ind. – Jan. 13, 2016 – Milhaus has purchased multiple properties in Fountain Square. Terms of the deal are not disclosed, but it involves five entertainment/retail sites and two parking lots.

The five buildings currently house Marrow, one of the city’s newest and hottest restaurants at 1106 Prospect St., Game Paradise at 1110 Prospect St., PNC Bank at 1059 Virginia Ave., El Arado Mexican Grill at 1063 Virginia Ave., and the White Rabbit Cabaret at 1116 Prospect St. All businesses will remain, including a 10 year renewal from PNC.

The deal also includes the parking lot on Shelby behind Marrow and the PNC parking lot as well as the bank drive-thru kiosk on Prospect Street, which will continue to be available. In total, the buildings total 21,531 square feet.

“True to our mission of conscious living, we believe these properties are key elements to the Fountain Square community and we want to continue to see the area thrive,” said Jason Sturman, Principal and Chief Investment Officer, Milhaus. “Further, these retail locations are key amenities for our residents living in Mozzo on Virginia Ave. and our new project underway at 931 Fletcher.”
