INDIANAPOLIS (Jan. 31, 2022) – Milhaus, a national award-winning developer, owner and operator of Class-A multifamily properties, today announces it has broken ground on Array in the Cincinnati suburb of Springdale. The $43 million development will include 216 apartment units and top-tier amenities in the developing area.

Located at 11911 Sheraton Lane in Springdale, Array will be a pet-friendly community with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments; ample parking; and signature Milhaus amenities such as a pet spa and bark park, resident lounge with coffee and tea bar, communal kitchen, conference rooms, coworking spaces, rentable office space, swimming pool, a sun deck, fitness center and exterior bike parking.

“We’re excited to be on the forefront of Springdale’s up-and-coming revitalization. We’ve been fortunate to work closely with the City of Springdale to set this development in motion and join the community,” said Tadd Miller, CEO for Milhaus. “This area is going to see a lot of future growth with its proximity to great schools and employment options, and our new multifamily opportunities are going to contribute to the area’s development.”

“I’m thrilled to have Milhaus bring this contemporary, high-quality project to our community,” added Doyle Webster, Mayor of Springdale. “2022 will mark the beginning of a new chapter for our city, and a critical component of our revitalization includes new housing options to attract working professionals. Array will complement the surrounding business and residential uses and is a fantastic adaptive reuse of a prime location within the city.”

Array is a short drive from downtown Cincinnati in the growing Cincinnati/Dayton Metroplex and easily connects with two international airports, four major interstates and the national rail system. Nearby is the popular Tri-County Retail District with over 4 million square feet of stores, a plethora of golf courses, and parks like Winton Woods and the Trillium Trails Wildflower Preserve.

Milhaus is partnering with M+A Architects, Studio 5 Interior Design and Engineer Bayer Becker to bring the new community to life. It is expected to open in March 2023.

Founded in 2010, Milhaus exclusively targets secondary markets across the Midwest and Sunbelt. The company’s current portfolio includes over two dozen properties in 11 states and over 6,000 units. For more on Milhaus, visit
