Milhaus at ICSC RECon 2011

Milhaus has landed in Las Vegas for the annual Global Retail Real Estate Convention for ICSC. According to RetailTraffic.com this year promises a more upbeat mood and activity than previous years with 30,000 of our fellow commercial tenants, brokers, developers and their lenders anticipated to be in attendance. We've been pretty busy in the last year since RECon 2010. We've closed three transactions in the last five months and we are planning to start nearly 500 apartment units this year. Some of the most exciting projects we are working on involve some creative transformations of shopping mall sites to include apartments. Over the next three days we've scheduled about 90 meetings with retail developers, lenders, and capital partners.
