An Exciting Start – Celebrating Milhaus’ Anniversary

December 29, 2010

Back to News

As our first full year comes to a close, we want to extend a big thanks to those of you that have been integral to our endeavors in 2010. A start-up company has many challenges to face and many decisions to make. We’ve had great success this year, including the purchase of the Maxwell Apartments in December. This past month we also filed plans for 193-units in Carmel, to be named Penn Circle. Look for more information on it coming up in the next few months. We’ve continued progress on Highland Row, currently in predevelopment in Memphis. We have also had some setbacks with the delays at Bank One/Market Square in Indianapolis; and of course a few projects we thought we would start then get stopped before they ever get moving. We also saw tremendous response to our announcement of consulting division mid-year. We’re looking forward to growing that business through 2011. We couldn’t have done any of this without the help and service of our friends, colleagues and consultants. We’d like to publically thank some of them here for their efforts on our behalf.
