Alexandra Jackiw, CPM® Joins Milhaus Leadership Team

Nationally Accomplished Expert to Lead Property Management Division

Alexandra Jackiw, CPM® is joining the company as president of Milhaus Management, LLC. She will lead all property management and operations of the Milhaus-owned multi-family portfolio as well as an expansion into management services for select third-party clients.

“Alex is recognized both regionally and nationally as one of the most accomplished property management leaders in the industry and we are fortunate she is joining our team,” said Tadd Miller, Co-founder of Milhaus. “Her arrival at Milhaus will be a catalyst for continued growth of our property management business.”

Jackiw is actively engaged in the multi-family industry as a nationally recognized speaker and trainer. She is involved in the National Apartment Association (2013 board chairman), National Apartment Association Education Institute (past president), National Multi Housing Council (board of directors), National Affordable Housing Management Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, Housing Education & Research Association, CREW Indianapolis, Virginia Tech Residential Property Management Advisory Board (past chairman), Ball State University Residential Property Management Advisory Board (president 2011-2014) and the Drexel University Property Management Advisory Board.

Jackiw is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and a licensed Indiana real estate broker. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree from Ohio University.
