Tadd Miller is a cofounder and CEO of Milhaus. In the real estate industry, Miller has led the development, finance, and construction of urban multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the Midwest, Carolinas, Florida, and Oklahoma totaling over $1 billion. His real estate experience originated in central Indiana and his vision and business ventures have since led to the renaissance of downtown living in Indianapolis.

Miller’s many recognitions include the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Who’s Who Behind the Scenes in Real Estate” 2005 and 2010, IBJ’s “40 Under 40” 2008, and the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” 2016. He is also a full member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and sits on multiple councils for the Urban Land Institute. Now residing in Indianapolis, Miller received his Bachelor’s in Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University, attended Harvard Business School for the Executive Education Series, received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and most recently, his Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University.
