Love the idea of downtown living, but need space for your furry friend to exercise? Mentor and Muse, the latest phases of Artistry, will offer a very unique amenity - a residents-only dog park.

Once you and your pal enter the dog oasis through the keyed entrance, you’ll find trees, grassy mounds and a canine obstacle course. There will also be an area to wash your dog and waste cleanup stations.

Located on East Market Street in downtown Indianapolis, Mentor and Muse offer a wide range of living options including eco-suites, studios, as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Each of the 242 units feature high-end finishes such as stainless steel and granite kitchen countertops, 42” cabinets as well as designer hardware and lighting fixtures.

“There are many people who want to experience urban living and a sense of community in the Cole Noble district and within Artistry itself,” said Erica Metzger, area director, Milhaus. “Given the tremendous interest in the first phase of Artistry, we expect Muse and Mentor will also fill quickly.”

Mentor and Muse will share amenities with Artistry. In addition to being pet-friendly, the community includes unique amenities such as an art gallery, a rooftop pool and two courtyards featuring an outdoor kitchen, vegetable garden, bocce ball court, putting green and sitting areas. There is also a media room with a movie theater, café, coffee/tea bar, 24-hour wellness studio and aqua lounge. Recycling and laundry are part of the concierge services. Covered parking is also available. Artistry’s LEED® certification signifies the development is environmentally friendly and energy efficient, meaning lower utility costs.

The eco-suites are a new feature for Artistry. As more and more people embrace a minimalist lifestyle, there’s a new demand for small living spaces. They are designed for those who need minimal space, want privacy, but yet access to shared spaces and amenities.
