Midtown Gets A LIFT

Residents are now moving into LIFT, a $42 million, mixed-use development with 329 residences in the revived Midtown district of Oklahoma City.

“LIFT is more than a home, it’s a community,” said Amy Watson, director of residential services, LIFT. “We create events, opportunities and spaces where residents can get to know their neighbors and the neighborhood.”

Residents are now moving into LIFT, a $42 million, mixed-use development with 329 residences in the revived Midtown district of Oklahoma City.

The clubhouse will be open 24/7 to accommodate busy lifestyles. It offers two conference rooms, and a WiFi lounge creating a quiet space, along with two kitchens, gaming and media lounges, indoor and outdoor fire pits as well as an art gallery with local art in rotation.
